Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Partner to assist with CareLinx's line of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and manage job offers for caregivers, ensuring alignment with CareLinx's values
• Identify and engage qualified caregivers to meet program requirements and provide ongoing support
• Build and maintain relationships with caregivers, offering resources and guidance for their success

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong relationship management skills and a passion for excellent customer service
• Empathy and adaptability to address caregivers' needs and changing priorities
