Care Partner

Job Summary

To support CareLinx's operations, the full-time Care Partner will serve as a primary contact for caregivers, facilitating their journey by coordinating matches with members, providing ongoing support, and ensuring a positive caregiving experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage caregiver recruitment, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers while ensuring alignment with CareLinx's values
• Coordinate caregiver and member matches, providing information on available shifts and assisting caregivers in meeting program criteria
• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers through regular communication, support, and feedback to enhance their experience on the platform

Required qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong relationship management skills with a passion for excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Empathy and adaptability to address caregivers' needs and changing program demands
