Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Partner for the Employee Assistance Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and provide emotional support or mental health resources
- Create a safe environment for members and assess clinical risks for appropriate referrals
- Document interactions in real-time and maintain compliance with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer support environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a social, psychological, or human service field
- Technologically proficient with basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain a private and distraction-free workspace
- High school diploma or GED
