Care Partner Representative

Job Summary

Providing essential support in a remote environment, the full-time Care Partner Representative will manage daily interactions with customers and team members through various communication channels, responding to alarm signals and inquiries while ensuring adherence to established protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Handle alarm signals and inbound calls, determining response requirements and dispatching as needed
• Monitor a high volume of medical alert activities and maintain accurate records of calls and dispatches
• Provide customer support by answering inquiries and troubleshooting alarm systems

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Zero (0) plus years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
