Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Partnership Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of assigned partnerships and relationships at multiple levels
• Assist in implementing strategic vision and growth plans for assigned partners
• Help compile information and monitor program data for monthly partner reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health and Wellness, Marketing, or related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience; customer service or project coordination experience is a plus
• Interest in developing skills in partnership engagement and marketing campaigns
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Google products
• Ability to work remotely with adequate technology and internet access
