Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the healthcare industry
• Solid understanding of care coordination, population health management, and value-based care models
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in creating documentation, including business requirements and functional specifications
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
