Job Summary

Managing a high-volume hiring pipeline, the remote Care Pro Hiring Associate will support Care Professional candidates through the application and onboarding process, ensuring compliance and meeting key hiring KPIs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates, addressing barriers and guiding them through critical hiring milestones
  • Monitor candidate progression through various systems and intervene to ensure priority candidates move efficiently through the hiring funnel
  • Review submitted documents and conduct compliance checks to ensure documentation meets state and national audit standards
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support role managing a high volume of candidates
  • Strong experience in building rapport and providing exceptional customer service through various communication methods
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple candidates at various stages of the hiring process
  • Strong technical aptitude for navigating applicant tracking systems and hiring automation platforms
