Job Summary
Managing Care Pro performance management, the full-time Care Pro Performance Manager will own complex performance cases, partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance and quality, and proactively monitor performance risks while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance management for complex and escalated Care Pro cases, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with policies
- Manage a high-volume caseload, adhering to established KPIs and SLAs while maintaining operational efficiency
- Proactively monitor individual Care Pro performance to identify trends and risks, facilitating early intervention when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in performance management, employee relations, or HR operations in a high-volume distributed workforce
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills in complex performance scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for delivering feedback clearly and compassionately
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
