Job Summary

Managing Care Pro performance management, the full-time Care Pro Performance Manager will own complex performance cases, partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance and quality, and proactively monitor performance risks while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end performance management for complex and escalated Care Pro cases, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with policies
  • Manage a high-volume caseload, adhering to established KPIs and SLAs while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Proactively monitor individual Care Pro performance to identify trends and risks, facilitating early intervention when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in performance management, employee relations, or HR operations in a high-volume distributed workforce
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills in complex performance scenarios
  • Exceptional communication skills for delivering feedback clearly and compassionately
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
