Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Pro Relationship Manager to develop and execute staffing strategies for clients and Care Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute market staffing strategy through outreach and relationship building
  • Provide exceptional service to Care Professionals by being their primary point of contact
  • Coordinate with the Sr. Client Manager to ensure effective care delivery and communication

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a client or patient management position or customer service role
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct health care service delivery and supervisory or administrative management experience
  • Strong commitment to quality care and exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to respond on evenings or weekends as needed
  • Must pass a background check by the Virginia State Police
