Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Pro Relationship Manager to develop and execute staffing strategies for exceptional client and caregiver experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute market staffing strategy through outreach, relationship building, and scheduling best practices
  • Provide exceptional service to Care Pros by being their primary point of contact and facilitating quality matches
  • Coordinate closely with Client Manager to ensure effective care delivery and communication
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of experience in client or patient management, or high-volume customer service; staffing experience preferred
  • Background in operations or healthcare/home care environments preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-informed approach to staffing and scheduling
  • Comfort with technology; experience with scheduling, CRM, or workforce management systems a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
