Job Summary

Proactively engaging with Care Pros, the full-time remote Care Pro Relationship Manager will develop and execute staffing strategies, foster relationships, and coordinate closely with Client Managers to ensure exceptional care delivery and support for caregivers.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute market staffing strategies through outreach, relationship building, and scheduling best practices
  • Provide exceptional service by being the primary contact for Care Pros, offering feedback and coaching to enhance their success
  • Coordinate with Client Managers to align on market priorities and ensure effective communication regarding scheduling and performance feedback
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in client or patient management, or high-volume customer service, with staffing experience preferred
  • Proven commitment to exceptional service and sensitivity to the needs of clients and caregivers
  • Background in operations or healthcare/home care environments preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-informed approach to staffing and scheduling
  • Experience using scheduling, CRM, or workforce management systems is a plus
