Job Summary

As a full-time Care Pro Training Associate, the successful candidate will lead virtual onboarding sessions, assess candidate readiness, and deliver ongoing training to ensure Care Professionals are equipped to provide high-quality care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead 10 or more virtual orientation sessions each week to prepare new Care Professionals for success
  • Assess caregiver competencies through real-time discussions and evaluations to ensure hiring standards are met
  • Deliver targeted training and support ongoing performance improvement for Care Professionals
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in training, teaching, or employee onboarding
  • Experience presenting in a virtual environment using video conferencing technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate performance and make quality-based decisions in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
