Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time temporary capacity, the Care Scheduling Representative will conduct outbound calls to health plan members, coordinate caregiver assignments, and ensure timely delivery of healthcare services while maintaining documentation and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to members from assigned call lists and verify member information
- Educate members on follow-up care with their Primary Care Provider and assist with scheduling appointments
- Accurately document all member interactions and maintain productivity and quality standards in a contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, healthcare support, or related experience
- Basic computer proficiency, including navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
