Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time temporary capacity, the Care Scheduling Representative will conduct outbound calls to health plan members, coordinating caregiver assignments and ensuring timely delivery of healthcare services while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting members in navigating their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to members, verifying information and establishing rapport
• Educate members on follow-up care and assist with scheduling appointments
• Document all member interactions and maintain compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or healthcare support experience
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
