Key Responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and their families

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales metrics, including call volume and conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience (inbound and outbound)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment and meet goals
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus
