Job Summary

Guiding families through their initial conversations about in-home care, the full-time hourly Care Solutions Consultant will connect with potential clients primarily via phone, managing a high volume of calls while meeting outreach and conversion goals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and their families
• Listen to client needs and match them to appropriate care solutions
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales metrics, including call volume and conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus
