Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care & Wellness Education & Coaching Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing topic-based assessments with policyholders and their families
- Researching resources in the area to assist policyholders with their goals
- Providing education on various medical specialties and resources to support aging in place
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of supervised care management experience with older adults and their families
- 5-7 years of professional experience in fields related to care management
- College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of senior/geriatric/home health care and long-term care insurance
- Desire to learn how to interpret Long Term Care Insurance contracts and benefits
