Care Specialist

Job Summary

To support clinical operations remotely, the Care Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, process requests, and maintain patient confidentiality while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and process inbound calls from members, physicians, and clients according to company policies
• Conduct outbound calls for enrollment, customer satisfaction surveys, and other projects
• Collect and validate patient demographic information and maintain accurate notes in patient charts

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting, preferably in a telehealth support role
• Basic competency in typing and proficient computer skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated empathy and cultural sensitivity in member interactions
