Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Account Manager - Care Specialist for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and resolve complex issues for assigned clients
  • Act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and leadership to address and resolve issues
  • Provide education to clients and members on benefits and services

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of service experience interacting with customers and solving problems
  • 3+ years of pharmacy experience with a PBM or retail pharmacy
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in OptumRx processes and operations
  • Ability to work any assigned 8-hour shift during standard business hours
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members
