Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Account Manager - Care Specialist for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve complex issues for assigned clients
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and leadership to address and resolve issues
- Provide education to clients and members on benefits and services
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of service experience interacting with customers and solving problems
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience with a PBM or retail pharmacy
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in OptumRx processes and operations
- Ability to work any assigned 8-hour shift during standard business hours
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members
