Care Team Assistant Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Team Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of non-clinical roles focused on transitions of care support
• Organize and lead departmental team meetings, evaluate team performance, and hold members accountable for KPIs and OKRs
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient experience and support the development of new programs and services

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in people leadership
• Previous experience in data management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Understanding of healthcare or experience in a healthcare environment
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
