Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Team Associate - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of Care Management processes
• Manage documentation queues and assist in monitoring clinical information
• Provide clerical support and excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of administrative support experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Medical terminology knowledge base
