Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Team Associate to support Care Management processes and assist clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Document patient interactions in compliance with regulations
• Respond to inquiries from various communication channels and manage documentation queues
• Provide clerical support and excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of administrative support experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Medical terminology knowledge base
