Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Team Senior Manager responsible for ensuring employee well-being and leading the Care Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and organize care provision for all employees, building a comprehensive care network
• Oversee and develop Care Team members, ensuring tailored care across different segments
• Establish regular engagement rhythms and manage resources for staff well-being and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of ministry experience, with familiarity in missions preferred
• Participation in a monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE)
• Understanding and adherence to the organization's Statement of Faith
• Commitment to upholding the organization's vision and mission
