CareAdvance Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Critical CareAdvance Configuration SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, perform analysis, and develop configuration design to meet business needs
• Manage complex system configuration, serve as a subject matter expert, and facilitate production controls
• Monitor system edits, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Configuration, Claims, or Operations in a healthcare organization
• 5+ years working with CareAdvance Enterprise Application
• Advanced knowledge of health plan configuration and associated industry care guidelines
• Experience with configuration change management methodologies and project management preferred
• Ability to analyze processes, document workflows, and manage projects independently
