Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Career Advisor (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide foundational career coaching to students and alumni, including feedback on application documents and job search strategies
• Develop and maintain on-demand resources for diverse learners, including career education topics and blogs
• Collaborate with university professionals to enhance student engagement and support career development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of experience in career services or recruiting, or equivalent
• Knowledge of career development through university career services or recruiting
• Proficient with new technologies and modes of service delivery
• Ability to adjust working hours to meet student and alumni needs
• Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in relevant fields are preferred
