Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of students and graduates in immersive programs through programming initiatives, one-on-ones, and employer engagement
• Respond to student and job seeker needs, identify challenges, and develop action plans
• Deliver programs to empower job seekers in their job search and reinforce best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the tech industry and job market
• Passionate about education, technology, and careers
• Previous experience in higher education, tech recruiting, or career counseling/coaching
• Able to present to both individuals and groups
• Resourceful and highly organized
