Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time/contract Career Coach to support students in their job search and career goals in technical fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group career coaching to students in an online environment
• Track coaching outcomes and maintain detailed notes in the student CRM
• Support the development of career curriculum and facilitate career webinars

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in coaching or workforce development for technical roles
• Knowledge of the hiring process and effective job search strategies in tech
• Proven track record of producing measurable results and managing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with technology and systems such as Hubspot, LMS, and Zoom
• Experience with job seekers from various visa and work authorization backgrounds is a bonus
