Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pipeline US West Coast (PST)-Based Job Search Strategist/Career Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve their goals
• Guide employees through the coaching process and support milestone completion
• Advise on career development, transition issues, and job search strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy/career coaching
• Currently resides in the Pacific Time Zone with knowledge of the area
• Experience with virtual coaching and navigating VISA challenges is a plus
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Coaching certification or training is highly regarded
