Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Coach (Part time) to support learners in technical bootcamps through the job search process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching on resume review, LinkedIn optimization, networking strategies, mock interviews, and salary negotiations
• Facilitate group webinars on job-search topics and support peer networking
• Collaborate on continuous improvement by sharing insights and contributing to content development for the Career Center

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in career coaching, recruiting, or talent development, preferably in tech
• Knowledge of hiring practices and ATS optimization
• Ability to engage diverse adult learners using digital collaboration tools
• Strong organizational skills for managing calendars and learner data remotely
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; coaching certifications are a plus
