Job Summary

Supporting individuals in their career journeys, the remote Career Coach will guide clients in exploring their interests and developing personalized career plans while working flexible hours between 8 am and 3 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate self-discovery for clients to align their interests and abilities with potential career opportunities
• Develop and implement personalized career plans based on individual client goals
• Build trusting relationships through empathetic guidance and support during the coaching process

Required qualifications

• Life or career experiences that can inform and enhance coaching sessions
• Ability to reflect on personal experiences to aid in client coaching
• Access to a quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet and computer capabilities
• Availability to work between 8 am and 3 pm, Monday through Friday
• Completion of a career coach training program and certification process
