Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Coach to join their rapidly growing Career Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with students and provide guidance and feedback through various communication channels
• Equip students with tools for job search success, including mock interviewing and resume building
• Host and assist with career workshops on topics such as interviewing, resume building, and networking

Required Qualifications:

• Background in coaching, career counseling, education, or process management
• Ability to build trust and provide guidance to students from diverse backgrounds
• Passion for student success and interest in the tech landscape
• Experience working remotely or in a fast-paced environment
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and technologies
