Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Coach and Talent Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Help students navigate their college experience and early career exploration through reflection, self-assessment, goal setting, research, and the internship/job search process
• Motivate students to prioritize their pursuit of professional opportunities aligned with their values and goals
• Design and implement a variety of talent development workshops and programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant coaching experience
• Enthusiasm for designing and delivering career-centric workshops and programs both in-person and virtually
• Comfort interacting with a variety of stakeholders, including students and employers
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
