Job Summary

To support relocation and outplacement solutions, a part-time Career Coach - Illinois Licensed will work remotely with clients in Chicago, IL, providing one-on-one coaching, job search support, and career development guidance, approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes rapport with employees and motivates them to achieve career goals
• Guides clients through the coaching process, including resume writing and interview preparation
• Maintains electronic service delivery records and monitors client progress

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching
• Resides in the Chicago, IL vicinity with knowledge of local job searching
• Experience with virtual coaching and navigating VISA challenges is a plus
• Proficient with technology and AI tools, with a reliable internet connection
• Master's degree or coaching certification preferred
