Career Development Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Development & Alumni Engagement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and executes student-centered events and programs promoting career readiness
• Collaborates with faculty, employers, and campus partners to ensure programming relevance and impact
• Oversees the CVPA Alumni Chapter and coordinates alumni engagement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with college students' career development and large event planning
• At least 2 years of experience in higher education providing career counseling or mentorship
• Proficiency in career assessment instruments and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with diverse populations and managing multiple initiatives
