Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Readiness Advisor to guide and empower students in their transition from education to employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare students for interviews through practice sessions and resume discussions
• Set expectations for real-world interviews and facilitate mock interview experiences
• Develop individualized action plans to enhance students' interviewing abilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to deliver outstanding student service
• Computer literacy/basic computer skills
• Desire for growth and professional development
• Experience in management, recruiting/human resources, or education is preferred
