Career Readiness Advisor

Job Summary

Guiding students in their transition from education to employment, the full-time remote Career Readiness Advisor will prepare individuals for interviews, set real-world expectations, and facilitate video interview practice while creating personalized action plans to enhance their readiness for the workforce.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare students for interviews through practice sessions and resume discussions
• Set expectations for real-world interviews and lead practice sessions with multiple students daily
• Facilitate mock video interviews and develop individualized action plans for each student

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to deliver outstanding student service
• Professional communication skills in verbal and written English
• Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology
• Experience in a customer service or educational environment
