Job Summary

To enhance team performance and student success, the full-time remote Career Services Team Lead will maintain personal production responsibilities while mentoring peers, supporting onboarding, and promoting operational excellence within the Career Services department.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional personal production while delivering high-quality career coaching, employer outreach, and placement support
• Mentor peers and support continuous learning initiatives to build team capability and confidence
• Promote consistency in documentation and workflow execution while identifying opportunities for operational improvement

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong skills in coaching, performance management, and team leadership
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding production goals
• Proficiency with business tools and systems (CRM, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, Teams)
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans
