Job Summary

Working remotely from Mexico, the part-time Career Success Coach will provide individualized coaching support, coordinate with program operations, and engage with learners to track job search progress and deliver professional development workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings with learners to support their career goals
• Collaborate with the program operations team to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Deliver structured professional development sessions and provide feedback on resumes and LinkedIn profiles

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or related program management
• Fluency in English and Spanish with outstanding communication skills
• Experience in delivering career coaching in a remote format
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and communication tools like Pumble
