Caregiver Engagement Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance caregiver experiences in pediatric health care, the full-time remote Caregiver Engagement Operations Manager will design, execute, and continuously improve caregiver engagement strategies while being accountable for Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance and operational consistency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own Caregiver Experience Outcomes by driving NPS performance and identifying experience gaps for measurable improvements
• Translate caregiver insights into operational changes and standards by collecting feedback from various channels
• Lead and evolve caregiver voice programs, including the Patient Family Advocacy Council and peer-to-peer support initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, customer experience, or service delivery
• Experience working with Medicaid families and caregivers
• Proven track record of improving customer or patient experience metrics
• Experience building and scaling processes in a complex, cross-functional environment
• Experience in healthcare or value-based care preferred
