Caregiver Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Caregiver Wellness team, the remote Caregiver Support Specialist will conduct individualized orientations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist caregivers with benefits education and health plan inquiries during Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individualized orientations to educate caregivers on available benefits and enrollment processes
• Process sick time and provide accrual status through Empeon and Medflyt as needed
• Complete timely employment verifications and maintain detailed call summaries with defined follow-up actions

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
• Proven track record of strong customer focus and adaptability
• Technical proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems, including Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences
