Cares Program Analyst

A company is looking for a Cares Analyst to support volunteerism and giving programs that enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day volunteerism and giving programs, ensuring a consistent employee experience
• Recruit and support Chapter Leaders, manage logistics for events, and maintain program resources
• Track participation metrics and prepare status updates for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or related roles
• Experience in community impact, volunteer management, and employee engagement
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Smartsheet and/or Benevity preferred
• Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations
