Job Summary
Seeking an inquisitive and detail-oriented individual, the full-time Cargo Claims Specialist will process claims, provide solutions, and serve as the in-house expert for customers and carriers in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and manage cargo claims from initiation to resolution
- Provide effective solutions and support to customers and carriers regarding claims issues
- Collaborate with team members while also operating independently on assigned claims
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of in-house claims processing experience
- Experience in claims and operational logistics is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
