CARN-AP Licensed Staff Provider

Job Summary

To support a growing recovery practice, the part-time CARN-AP Licensed Staff Provider will facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide ongoing medical support to members using telemedicine, while ensuring adherence to clinical policies and maintaining a member-first approach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake medical assessments and prescribe medications as necessary, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines
• Maintain a panel of members for longitudinal care, meeting with them monthly and providing telemedicine support as needed
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely, while collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions of care

Required qualifications

• CARN-AP or PMHNP with active state license in good standing
• Spanish speaking ability
• Board Certified in Addiction Medicine
• At least 1 year of experience managing Opioid Use Disorder with buprenorphine
• Experience working in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
