CARN-AP or PMHNP Provider

Job Summary

Bilingual and empathetic, the part-time CARN-AP or PMHNP Provider will facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide longitudinal maintenance care to members, leveraging telemedicine while collaborating with a team to ensure member engagement and safety throughout treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake medical duties, determining treatment appropriateness and prescribing medications as needed
• Maintain a panel of maintenance members, providing monthly group sessions and individual consultations as required
• Complete all medical documentation accurately and timely, while participating in administrative tasks and supporting new provider onboarding

Required qualifications

• CARN-AP or PMHNP with an active state license in good standing
• Spanish speaking proficiency
• Board Certified in Addiction Medicine
• At least 1 year of experience managing opioid use disorder with buprenorphine
• Ability to work in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
