Carrier Audit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Audit Analyst to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of transportation spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audits of parcel carrier invoices against contracted rates and expected charges
• Identify and analyze discrepancies in carrier billing and document root causes
• Prepare and submit disputes to carriers for overcharges and track resolution status

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
• 1-3+ years of experience in transportation logistics, accounts payable, freight audit, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Understanding of transportation pricing structures, including tariffs and accessorial fees
• Experience with major carrier billing systems and portals is a plus
