Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Capacity Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify asset-based carriers for recurring lanes and project freight
• Analyze lane data for consolidation opportunities and execute purchasing strategies for margin improvement
• Negotiate pricing with carriers and monitor market indices to maintain competitive procurement costs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in freight brokerage, specifically in Carrier Procurement or Capacity Management
• Proven ability to source and develop new carrier relationships
• Proficiency with TMS platforms, preferably Revenova/Salesforce
• Deep understanding of carrier operating costs and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and set targets for lane development
