Carrier Capacity Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Capacity Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify asset-based carriers for recurring lanes and project freight
• Analyze lane data for consolidation opportunities and negotiate committed volume agreements
• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide market-validated buy rates and negotiate dedicated pricing with carriers

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in freight brokerage, specifically in Carrier Procurement or Capacity Management
• Proven ability to source and develop new carrier relationships
• Proficiency with TMS platforms, with experience in Revenova/Salesforce being a strong plus
• Deep understanding of carrier operating costs and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and set targets for lane development
