Carrier Claims Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Claims Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• File client claims for all carriers within 24 hours of notification
• Manage and resolve client claims for all carriers
• Develop professional relationships with client contacts and support internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar field
• 6+ years of directly related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of relationship management and critical evaluation
• Motivated to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding role
