A company is looking for a Carrier Intake & Readiness Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for carriers during onboarding, updates, and changes
• Create and maintain carrier-related work items in Jira, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Track carrier-side dependencies and escalate issues affecting delivery planning

Required Qualifications

• Experience in operations or project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment
• Proficiency in using Jira or similar project management tools
• Strong understanding of carrier documentation and readiness processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in process improvement and quality metrics management
