Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Onboarding Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding requests via ticketing system, phone, and email
• Provide training and continuous support for users of the systems
• Complete integration of new carriers onto the platforms and coordinate system launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or 2+ years in customer support is desirable
• Spanish language proficiency required; Portuguese proficiency highly desirable
• Solid understanding of system interfaces with other applications
• Proficient in MS Office products and navigating internet resources
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset
